Evident review: pricing, certificates and AMS connections
Evident is insurance verification and COI tracking software for companies that hire vendors and subcontractors or lease space to tenants. It collects certificates and other documents from those third parties, checks them against the buyer's requirements with AI and staff review. It also alerts on cancellations and expirations.
Plans start at $15 per vendor a year. Brokers and agents can resell it to commercial clients under their own brand.

Our take
Evident fits agencies whose commercial clients collect certificates from many vendors and want that work done for them. Evident's partners page describes a Reseller Program, where brokers resell it under their own brand with their own markup. The lowest list price is Essential at $15 a vendor a year.
The limit to know first is that it only tracks. It doesn't issue certificates for your insureds, and it has no AMS connection, so you keep another tool for issuing.
Pros
- Reseller pricing with markup and a white-label option for brokers and agents
- Unlimited users and documents on every plan
- AI first pass plus a staff review and quality check on each document
- Endorsement validation and conditional requirement rules on Pro
Cons
- Endorsement checks need Pro or Enterprise
- Add-ons and managed services have no published price
- Fees paid aren't refunded if a subscription is cancelled mid-term

Corrections
Vendors change their pricing all the time and they don't email us when they do. So if you see a price on here that's gone up, a plan Evident quit selling or a contract term that reads different now, let us know and send the link to the page where Evident has it. Somebody here pulls up that page and checks it before we change anything on ours.
