Lead Heroes review: leads, pricing and terms

By the IAT editorial team | Updated October 1, 2026

Lead Heroes runs a call center that phones seniors and passes along the ones who agree to hear from an agent, as callbacks, live transfers or booked appointments. It covers final expense, Medicare supplement, turning 65 and dental, vision and hearing insurance.

Every lead is exclusive to one agent and comes with a recording of the call. You can also hire Lead Heroes callers by the hour to run a campaign in your own territory.

Our take

Lead Heroes fits final expense and Medicare agents who want exclusive leads where a person has already said yes on the phone, and who like being able to hear that call before they dial. Prices are published, and one-time orders need no account or contract.

Most agents should start with a 20-lead final expense or Medicare supplement order spread across three to five counties, then compare cost per sale against other sources. Agencies with several producers can test live transfers or an hourly calling campaign once they know how the callbacks perform.

Lead Heroes is part of Everything Senior Insurance, which also sells Medicare and senior insurance to consumers. Judge a test on a full order rather than a handful of calls, and keep your calendar current, since appointments are billed once they're booked.

Pros

  • Every lead is exclusive to one agent
  • Published prices for every lead type and appointment
  • A recording of the call comes with each lead

  • No account or contract for one-time orders

  • Live transfers need at least three agents ready to answer
  • Leads come from outbound calls to lists, not from shoppers who searched online
  • 2.7% fee on credit card payments

Callbacks

A Lead Heroes caller reaches the person, confirms they'd like an agent to call and asks whether morning or afternoon is better. Callers introduce themselves as Senior Services or Senior Solutions rather than Lead Heroes, so that's the name the person may remember. The day's callbacks go out in a spreadsheet that night.

Live transfers

Live transfers for final expense and Medicare supplement run as part of an hourly calling campaign, with no separate per-transfer price. Lead Heroes only starts them for agencies with at least three agents available to answer, in a 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. or 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. window in the lead's time zone. If nobody picks up, the caller tells the person an agent will call back and the lead is emailed to you right away.

Appointments

An appointment is billed once it's booked and a manager has reviewed the recording. If the person doesn't show, you call to reschedule. Lead Heroes offers a refund only when the recording shows they didn't agree to meet.

Other options

Lead Heroes Pro delivers at least 20 exclusive callbacks a week for 12 weeks, billed weekly ($560 for final expense, $620 for Medicare supplement, $700 for turning 65 and $200 for dental, vision and hearing), and renews every 90 days. Spanish-speaking callers are available for the same senior lines, and term life callbacks come from older life and mortgage protection leads that the callers re-qualify.

Getting started

  1. Choose a product on the order page and name the states, counties or ZIP codes you want. Lead Heroes suggests three to five counties for callbacks and at least two or three nearby counties for appointments. The price is the same in every state.
  2. Pay for the order up front by card or PayPal. Checks are accepted for prepayments of six months or more.
  3. Callers start dialing. The first leads usually arrive within one to two weeks, then each day's leads arrive that night.
  4. Call your leads, and use the recordings to hear what each person agreed to.

Pricing

Lead Heroes publishes its prices, which drop at 100 leads or appointments and at 480 calling hours (see the table above). One-time orders need no account, setup fee or membership.

Credit card payments carry a 2.7% fee. Debit cards, ACH and checks carry no fee. Agents in Everything Senior Insurance's Premier program get 50% off, and large IMOs and FMOs can ask about volume discounts.

Cost per sale is the price divided by your close rate. Break-even is the number of sales whose commission covers a month of spend. Cash to start adds the 2.7% credit card fee.

Sample leads and filters

Lead Heroes publishes sample call recordings and the caller's script for each product on its order page. Each callback comes through as a spreadsheet row. You get the person's name, their age, birth month and estimated income, a full street address with city, county and state, and the caller's notes along with a link to the recording.

Final expense leads

Two sample calls and a script. The caller asks about burial coverage, confirms the person would like an agent to call, asks whether morning or afternoon is better and sets a password for the callback.

Filters

You choose the states, counties or ZIP codes. Lead Heroes sets the age and income targets for each product: final expense reaches people aged 50 to 80 with income up to $60,000, and Medicare supplement reaches people aged 65 to 80 with income of $20,000 or more.

For Medicare, it suggests counties where few people are on Medicare Advantage. Hourly campaigns can call a list you upload instead of Lead Heroes' own lists.

Lead quality checks

Callers work from an American-managed call center in the Philippines, using a multi-line predictive dialer on lists that Lead Heroes updates monthly or a list you supply. The company says it scrubs the lists, especially for cell phones, before they're loaded.

A manager reviews each recording before a callback or appointment is sent, and every lead comes with its recording so you can hear what the person agreed to. Term life callbacks come from older life and mortgage protection leads bought from other lead sellers, which the callers re-qualify.

Lead Heroes says its data is scrubbed and that it follows FCC and TCPA rules. Its terms put responsibility for legal use of the leads on you.

Delivery and integrations

Callbacks and appointments arrive as an Excel spreadsheet by email, which you can load into any dialer or CRM that takes a spreadsheet. Real-time leads are emailed as soon as they're generated.

Lead Heroes Pro and hourly campaigns longer than a month can sync leads to GoHighLevel, and Pro includes Seven Figure CRM while it's active. A CRM integration add-on is $200.

Lead returns

Lead Heroes sells leads as is. If there's a problem with an order, it will make reasonable efforts to fix it, and a chargeback counts as a breach of the terms.

Contract and cancellation details

One-time orders need no account, contract or membership. You pay up front for the order you place.

Hourly campaigns have no contract, and you can skip a month. Lead Heroes Pro renews every 90 days until you cancel. Ask how much notice it needs before you sign up.

If you have a dispute, the terms require 30 days' notice before arbitration through FairClaims and limit any recovery to what you paid in the previous six months.

Corrections

Vendors change their pricing all the time and they don't email us when they do. So if you see a price on here that's gone up, a plan Lead Heroes quit selling or a contract term that reads different now, let us know and send the link to the page where Lead Heroes has it. Somebody here pulls up that page and checks it before we change anything on ours.
